1. Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We proudly ship worldwide! 🌎 ✅

Most orders are shipped within 3-7 days after your order placed

All orders have a tracking number as long as your order reaches 25$.

2. How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

It all depends on where you are in the world!

      The following countries currently have restricted shipping:

      Bolivia, Brunei, Chile, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Honduras, Iceland, India, Jamaica, Jersey, Kosovo, Kuwait, Lesotho, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Mongolia, Morocco, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Réunion, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, Sri Lanka.

       

      Tracking numbers are sent by email after a short processing period. It usually takes us 1-5 days to process orders. We aim to ship all items on-time, but in rare cases it can take longer. Any orders not received within 8 weeks qualify for a full-refund or reship 🌟

      3. What are the store's return and exchange policy?

      You could return and exchange as long as you bear the international shipping if you just don't like it :)

      We are happy to exchange for you, NO QUESTION ASKED.

      We will ship a new item FOR FREE if there is some quality problem.

      Money shall be partially refunded if the customer accepts items with tiny issues.

      Customers enjoy up to 7 days of Exchange or Return Service after the package is delivered.

      4. Can I change or cancel my order?

      Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 12 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: info@chicstraw.com.

      After 12 hours, your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.

      5. What methods of payment do you take?

      You can pay via credit card on our marketplace or pay PayPal and credit card in our storefront, it's up to your choice :) Read the article below

      6. Do I need to pay import duties?

      Some packages may be subject to import duties depending on the country of receipt.

      Please note, due to new EU VAT rules, there may be increased duty to pay on packages arriving to EU member states.

      7. Will we mark the price down when shipping out the order?

      Yes, we usually ship them as gifts or at a lower value

      8. What if you don't get your parcel?

      If you do not get your parcel within 60 days (peak seasons like Halloween and Christmas might have more delays), we will refund you the full money. 100% guaranteed.
